CSL Integration were commissioned to provide a solution that replaced separate video and audio conferencing products with a new, single, easy to use solution.
After an extensive trial period, the Dolby – Bluejeans huddle room solution was chosen as it fulfilled the business requirements of the client. This has also been integrated with the client’s existing audio visual and telephone solution to allow a single device to be deployed in a meeting room.

Commodity Markets
After evaluating a number of collaboration solutions, CSL Integration worked with the client to roll-out a global Microsoft Teams room solution integrated with the Poly Teams Gateway. For events requiring external participants, an improved video solution and large capacity, a Zoom solution has been implemented.
The key to this solution was allowing the client to utilise existing audio visual, conferencing equipment and infrastructure in a flexible collaboration solution.

Banking
This client uses Microsoft Teams for file sharing but wanted to deploy a solution to provide enterprise grade video collaboration for both users and meeting rooms. CSL Integration have worked with the client to deploy the Zoom Room solutions in their new offices and Zoom software globally across meeting rooms and to users. We are also providing a first line support solution for the client and providing assistance to manage the Zoom platform on a day-to-day basis.

Medical
The client had a legacy Polycom deployment that users were finding difficult to use and therefore were not getting value from the equipment. CSL Integration worked with the client to design a custom room solution with bespoke interface that now provides an easy to use conferencing platform with multiple auto-tracking cameras. Integrated into the user interface are conferencing platforms from both BlueJeans and Zoom.
